Waste Management is Monmouth's contract waste hauler.
Garbage must be at the curb on your garbage day by 6:00a.m. You may put garbage out the night before.
Only four (4) refuse containers and/or bags will be picked up at each residence. If you have more than 4 containers or bags, extra garbage stickers may be purchased at City Hall @ $1.50/each.
Weight of containers/bags should not exceed 50 pounds.
All garbage must be in bags and/or refuse containers. DO NOT use a cardboard box for refuse.
Remove refuse containers and store in the side or rear of your property. Keep all refuse in containers until setting out on the curb for collection.
Holidays for Waste Management garbage pick-up are: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. If these holidays occur on a weekday, the garbage schedule will be delayed by one day, with Friday's pick-up moved to Saturday.
Refuse pick-up is for residents of Monmouth only.
