What should I do if I don't get a bill? |

If you don't get a bill after about a week, please contact the Water Department at 309-734-2035 and let them know you did not receive it. You may also check on-line. You will need your Book number and Account number (may be found on an old water bill) and please call EMC @ 734-2035 for a PIN number as well as any questions you might have.
