The Monmouth Business Council, in partnership with the City of Monmouth and a local foundation, has created the Building Grant Fund to facilite commercial building improvement within Monmouth's TIF district.
The grant will provide funds for 33% of a project, with a minimum amount of $10,000 and a maximum of $50,000.
A grant from this fund will be in the form of a four-year forgivable loan, with 25% being forgiven each year.
