Cigarette Sales License

Transient Merchant or Peddler

To be filed with the City Clerk's Office. License fee is $50 per day or $250 annum. A non-profit license is $25 daily. It shall be unlawful for any person, either as principal or agent, to conduct business as a transient merchant, itinerant vendor or peddler without first having secured a license.
