This program is held annually with pick-up on the resident's regular garbage day. This year it will be the week of June 4 - 8, 2012. There is only one pick up per year.
One (1) appliance per household.
The following items are NOT acceptable:
Tires, batteries, oil, cleaning liquids, any liquid materials, wet paint, yard waste, concrete, automotive parts, nothing with oil or gas in it – mowers, trimmers, propane tanks, etc., all loose items must be contained (dry wall, etc.)
There is no limit on the number of acceptable household refuse items during Clean-up Days.
Clean-up Day will be advertised on the radio, in the newspaper and on this Web Site.
Many items may be taken to the Landfill/Transfer Station. Call 309-734-2515 if you have questions about what will be accepted.
