When is registration and is there a fee? |

The registration document must be filed annually with the Zoning Office on or before December 31st for the subsequent calendar year (i.e December 31, 2012 for the calendar year 2013). Each year there is an open registration period from October 1st through October 31st where the registration fee is waived during this time period. ****This year’s open registration period will be December 1, 2011 through January 13, 2012. Properties registered after the open enrollment period will be subject to pay the fees required per rental dwelling.
