Are there any penalties for not registering a rental property? |

If a rental property is not registered before January 1st of the each year the landlord could be fined not less than $75.00 and not more than $750.00 for each day the violation exists. In addition, the landlord will still be responsible for paying the registration fees in addition to the violation fees.
