What if I purchase the property in the middle of the year and want to turn it into a rental? |

If a landlord acquires a new property he/she/they will have ten (10) business days after transfer of ownership to register the property with no fee. It is also the duty of the landlord to notify the Zoning Office within ten (10) days of any change in registration information (i.e. change of address or telephone number) by filing out a new registration document (there are no fees for amending a registration document).
