All of the land within the city limits is "zoned" into districts that define land use, setback distances and such. These districts were formally adopted on May 17th, 1982. Since that time, the City Council, working from recommendations of the Plan Commission, has amended and modified some of these districts. Detailed explanation of our zoning districts follow. |
