PERMITTED PRINCIPAL USE*
1. The sale of goods and services requiring large retail space and auto orientation.
2. Hotels, motels, restaurants (including drive-ins), greenhouse, farm equipment dealers, auto sales/service.
3. Production of goods for sale to consumers on premises.
4. Private or commercial indoor recreational facilities.
5. Other uses similar in intensity and scale

PERMITTED ACCESSORY USE
1. Uses clearly incidental, but necessary to the principal use.
2. Signs as permitted in Article 15, Section 8, except off-premise signs.
SPECIAL USES
1. Aircraft dealers.
2. Crop dusting service.
3. Shopping center, plazas and malls in planned developments including outdoor facilities.
4. Utility substations.
5. Communication towers/stations.
6. Production of goods for sale to consumers off the premises.
7. Theater, drive-in.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Highway commercial districts adjacent to a residential district shall provide a dense hedge, tree row or other suitable landscape device on that adjacent lot line to visually screen the commercial area from the residential area. All landscaping must be approved by the Zoning Administrator.
2. Outdoor storage in the highway commercial district shall be permitted only upon the approval of the Zoning Administrator. All outdoor storage, when permitted, shall be no more than ten (10) feet in height and shall be completely screened from public view.
3. Architectural features of residential buildings such as window sills, uncovered cornices, porches, marquees, and roof overhangs may project into the required yard provided such projection is not closer than three (3) feet to any lot line.
