Plan Commission Procedure |

If a request is made to change the zoning of a property, to place a structure in a public service zone, or for a plat review, you may request a hearing before the Plan Commission.
Applications may be obtained at City Hall.
- The process for each may take as long as (30) thirty days, since we are obligated to notify all property owners adjacent to the property in question (15) days prior to the meeting dates.
- The application fee for the Plan Commission is $150.00 and is non refundable.
- The Plan Commission meets the fourth Monday of each month when called.
- The decision of the Plan Commission is only a recommendation to the City Council. The final decision will be determined by the City Council at the next regularly scheduled meeting.
