Annette St. Ledger has been with the City of Monmouth since 2020. She provides administrative assistance to the Mayor, City Administrator, and Fire Chief. In addition, she takes care of liability and property insurance, fire department payroll submission, and assists with budget preparation. Her position also involves applying for and administering most grants for the City.
