View and Pay Your Water Bill Online

You can pay your water bill online at any time.  All major credit cards are accepted. A $4 fee is added to online payments (charged by Donald Frey & Co.—not the City of Monmouth). You will need an email address on file and the street address as shown on the water bill. If you do not have an email address on file with the department you will need to call them at 734-2035

You can also set up automatic payments directly with the City at no charge to you. Please stop by the water department at City Hall with a valid photo ID and a voided check to make arrangements. Automated payments are taken directly from your account on the 5th of each month for the exact amount of your water bill.

The Water Department will also need an email address on file. Please call 309-734-2035 or use this FORM to submit your email address.
